Solution 34011: Unable to Select the Transfer Tool Within the TI-Nspire Navigator Software.

Why is the Transfer Tool within the TI-Nspire Navigator Software greyed out?

Normally, to access the TI-Nspire Navigator Transfer Tool, within the menu bar, go to Tools >> Transfer Tool.  However, if you have begun a class, this option will be greyed out.

To send files using the Transfer Tool again, you would need to end the class first.

Alternatively, if you still have the class started, you can go to the Class tab and use the options within Tools to select, receive, and delete files from the class.
